Our services include:

Feasibility studies

Helping to prepare functional program for the project based on client’s “wish list”;
Preview applicable statues, regulations, codes and by- laws;
Determine the best possible approach to future design;
Help clients to analyze and evaluate all potential difficulties and construction challenges.

Design development

Creation of preliminary sketches for schematic design
Discussing all available options and solutions with the client
Reviewing drawings following client’s comments
Generating Site plan for the property

Working drawings

Preparing complete set of architectural working drawings (blueprints) ready for submission to the authorities having jurisdiction and construction cost estimate;
Coordination with other consultants, such as surveyors, engineers etc;
Prepare and assist clients to obtain Building Permit and Site plan approval.

Post design assistance

Support client and his builder during construction process;
Conduct site visits and construction progress observation

Additional services

Attending Committee of Adjustment hearings in effort to solve various type of zoning deficiencies;
Working with Heritage preservation on the projects located in sensitive historical environment;
Working with conservation authorities on projects located in regulated areas
